Things I have learned in the 2 weeks I have been doing this.

It really isn't hard to lose weight, just don't go over your allowed calories and you will lose

Eat what you want. Again just don't go over your calories.

Don't overdue your workout, or you will be very sore the next day
Think ,I would have learned this by now.

I don't know if true for everyone but it seems the more weight I lose the less hungry I get

I am so glad my friend gold me about this site

Only 20 pounds to go.

Your calories are a goal -- you should aim for your goal. You'll sometimes miss, it's fine. You'll still lose weight. Way over and way under are both problems.

Our biggest friend is our tenacity -- our perseverance. You'll have bad days -- you won't want to log them but keep logging even though you're way over. If you're logging, you're still in the fight and making more conscience choices than if you stop logging.

Well said! I think like that too. Even if I have a day that's not ideal, at least I KNOW it's not ideal now! A good group of MFP friends helps a lot too to keep the accountability up.
