When to eat?
Hi I always seem to save the majority of my calories so I can have dinner and a little dessert or treat after. I enjoy this and look forward to it during the day. But I have an active job and would eating most of my calories AFTER I have finished work be a bad thing for my weight loss?

To cheat or not to cheat?
hey, was wondering if people have one day a week that you don't log your calories? It's not like I would go crazy and eat junk all day, I just think maybe a day of relaxed eating what I want in sensible potions would be good? Thoughts anyone? Does anyone do this and does it affect your weight loss?

if a person goes over their calories (by enough to cause them to gain weight) How long would it be before they put on weight if they were going to?

hi I am a kitchen hand and have 4-5x 8 hour shifts a week. Would my activity level be light or moderate? Would it be bad to set it lower than it is to lose weight a bit faster?

Accuracy of calories burnt!?
hi. I am a bit confused about the calories burnt estimation. Would I (a 138 lbs 5'6" girl) really burn 470 calories in an hour of boxing? This seems a lot even though it is a biiiiig work out!! Any ideas? I don't want to eat back all the calories if it is overestimated

Sugar problem!!
hi I keep going over my sugar recommendation but 95% of my sugar comes from fruit!! Is this bad, I have always loved fruit and I only eat 2-3 serves a day but it always seems to send my sugar over!

Goals advice
hi I am 5'6" and I currently weigh 63kg. I am a slim build (but have G cup breasts), I want to lose 5kg to bring me to 58kg. Is this a realistic/good goal and does anyone have any advice to lose just a small amount of weight effectively? Thanks
