Goals advice

hi I am 5'6" and I currently weigh 63kg. I am a slim build (but have G cup breasts), I want to lose 5kg to bring me to 58kg. Is this a realistic/good goal and does anyone have any advice to lose just a small amount of weight effectively?

You're starting at 22.4 BMI which is healthy enough, and heading for 20.6. Shoot for a low weight loss rate like 0.25 or 0.5 lb/week. An increase in activity may be sufficient on its own, if you keep food intake the same.0
