Would any experience dieters/experts like to look at my food diary and advice me on of it is nutritious and goo for weight loss? And suggestions for improvement would be good too

    Are you eating the foods you like in a calorie deficit?

    Are you logging and weighing your food accurately?

    Those are the key to sustainable weight loss.

    For health, do some exercise you like.

    Yesterday, did you just have pasta sauce with no pasta? I has a sad. :(

    Other than that, you're off to a great start!

    I'd just suggest using food database entries that are measured in grams. e.g. don't add solid food like nectarines in cups.

    Yes that does look funny!! I had the zucchini as pasta I have a little appliance that makes it into pasta when cooked and its delicious!!
