How much of those calories are we actually consuming when we add a tablespoon of olive oil to a stir fry? Since some of it is left over in the pan. I guess everyone here just counts it as a full amount, right?

I've read that the MFP calories burned tracker from exercising should be "cut in half" realistically. So if it says you've burned 200 cals running - consider it 100. Is this true?
