How do you take into account cooking with EVOO?

How much of those calories are we actually consuming when we add a tablespoon of olive oil to a stir fry? Since some of it is left over in the pan. I guess everyone here just counts it as a full amount, right?

If you are losing, it's better to overestimate and just count the whole amount. It doesn't make a huge difference anyway, provided the stir fry makes several servings.0

don't worry about whats left in the pan, calculate what you added. Otherwise you fall into the trap of "there is some ice cream still left on the sides of the bowl that means i didn't have a full serving so i can have some more"

I measure EVOO in Tbsp and log them at MFP. If I did not ingested all of it, then my deficit will increase (slightly).0
