I've been at the same weight for a month now. What can I do to lose weight again ?
My daily carb percentage is 50% but I always pass that number and end up at around 70% should I decrease this number if I want to see weightloss results?
I tend to lose a few pounds and then after a couple weeks I just sray the same weight for a while. I eat the same amount of calories all the time. Does anyone know why this is happening?
