I tend to lose a few pounds and then after a couple weeks I just sray the same weight for a while. I eat the same amount of calories all the time. Does anyone know why this is happening?

It's the your body works. I do the same. I hit a new low on Christmas Day. The I bounced up & down in a 2-3 lb range above that for 2 1/2 weeks. Then id topped 1.5 lower than Christmas Day and started bouncing again. I weigh daily and track in Happy Scale app. It gives me a graph of the past weighins and a trend line. I see the same fluctuation pattern about every 2 weeks. I don't particularly "like" it, but I do understand that's what my body's pattern is.0
