CARBS ?!

My daily carb percentage is 50% but I always pass that number and end up at around 70% should I decrease this number if I want to see weightloss results?

For weightloss it shouldn't matter. But it is important to get enough fats & protein in your diet for general health. You might consider taking a look at those numbers to be sure you're getting enough.0

Yikes!!! Carbs should be in the 20-25 percent range!!! Ideally 20/20/60.0
