calorie issue
Do you think I'm eating too many calories or not enough? I lift and do cardio 3 days a week (both in one day). I walk my dog everyday for about 30 minutes, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter, other than that I don't do much. I am 5'5" 174 lbs female thanks!

Need help losing bf %!!!!!!

calories too low?
hi everyone! I recently lowered my calories to see if my weight loss would speed up. I was wondering if eating only 1220 each day was too low for myself? I lift weights 3 times a week and exercise about 4 times a week for about 30-45 mins. I'm 5'5" 176 lbs. Thanks for the help!

Am I lightly active or sedentary??
I am a student so I do walk to classes but I do sit at my desk for a few hours each day. I do exercise everyday for atlas 30-40 min. Would you consider me lightly active or sedentary???

Am I eating the right amount of calories??
I am 19 years old, 5'5'' about 178 lb female, I'm currently eating about 1530 calories each day. Is that enough or do I need to go higher or lower?? I also do cardio everyday for about 1 hour, weight training 3 times a week, and sports occasionally!
