Am I eating the right amount of calories??

I am 19 years old, 5'5'' about 178 lb female, I'm currently eating about 1530 calories each day. Is that enough or do I need to go higher or lower?? I also do cardio everyday for about 1 hour, weight training 3 times a week, and sports occasionally!

    Sedentary: 1573 (MFP's 1530 starts you out with zero exercise, then you log exercise for added calories)

    Lightly active: 1803 (1-3 hours of light exercise)
