Hi everyone!! I was just wondering if/how you lost body fat? I really am trying to lower my body fat percent but I don't think it's working? I'm at about 32% body fat and my long term goal is to get to about 15%! I lift 3-4 days a week, and do some cardio maybe 2 days a week. I'm eating around 1550 per day. I'm 5'5" 172 lbs, thanks! Please help!!
