calories?

ladies who are 5'5"-5'6" and ways around 170 lbs how much are you exercising and how many calories are you eating???

    My goal is to lose 2lbs a week. Currently eating 1,490 cals a day and running 1 mile per day. I'm planning on seeing a nutritionist soon to help fine tune my goals. Will share once I know more :smile:

    I have MFP set to lose 1lb per week, and that's giving me 1420 calories. My only form of exercise is walking, and it's not consistent, just whenever I feel like it.
