Anyone else experience shin pain during and after workouts?
So I can handle very low impact workouts with no problem. But as soon as any kind of jumping, even tiny little ones, come into play, I get bad shin pain. I stretch and warm up thoroughly before and after, and I'm 21 with no kind of injuries other than my back, so I'm kinda stuck. Anyone else have this issue?

So when I was 16/17, I was extremely skinny and looked AMAZING. I was apart of a gym, and probably didn't eat as much as I should have. I'm 22 now, and about 40 pounds heavier, and whenever I see photos from those couple of years, I just feel so discouraged. I don't think I'll ever get even close to looking like that…
