Boy, this last little pouch of belly fat is crazy stubborn. Definitely need all the friends I can get to stay motivated! Let's do this together!

    I'm trying to lose 10 pounds of fat for the summer. Hopefully by end of April I will be done!

    I've lost 59 lbs. Still have at least 29 more to lose.

    Hello to everyone!!!! I am new here! I am one month in MFP and lost 2 kilos or 4.4 pounds. I need all the support that I can get. My SW was 146.6, I am 38 y.o and my GW 121 pounds. Although last measurement showed I had reached 142 pounds this Saturday' s scale showed 145.2 and next day I was 143.3. I have to say that it is "this time of the month" but...it was a complete dissapointment....
    I have so many questions. I try to stay within my caloric range and I workout 4 times a week. But, does the quality of food matters? For example, yesterday I had pizza. I had yogurt with cereal (all measured in the morning), four slices of pizza and 1 apple in the night and theoretically I was ok. Or was I? I try to eat healthy, but I allow my self to eat the family's dinner in portions that fit within my calorie needs in order to lose.
    I would love to have some support and if I can to offer some.... Have a nice week!!!
