I have a slow cooker and literally have no idea what it does. Will it blow my house up? will it turn itself off? wheres best for receipies? Im out the house 12-13 hours a day, will this work for me?

Help! Working too much!
I've put in a fair bit of weight since previously using this app. I have changed jobs and travel 2 hours to and from work and do 10 hour shifts. I really want to get fit again but I don't have the time for the gym and I've got so lazy with my cooking.

Week off
Hello! I'm having to stay in a hotel for a week next week. No gym. No way of preparing food. Don't know how to stay on track food wise :(

Nearly all my meals are based around fish and I eat chicken maybe once a week at the most. Would be considered healthy?
