If I workout after work I'll make every excuse not to go. And I like having my evenings free and prefer an early night and early start

I've put on a stone. I find it a lot better to go in the morning. I'm less likely to make excuses not to go

No I used to when I was at my previous job. I don't work out at all now

I work 5 days a week. I usually work out 5 times a week and have my weekends to myself. Don't really want to gym on my weekends

I might sound daft but when you say 'calories you burn' does that mean resting calories + active calories?

How much flax do you use. I have some and some chia but I've never used either. I don't really know what they are

Yeah they'd be home made. I've just heard things about your body burning off solids easier then fluids

Bananas, spinach, kiwi, strawberries etc topped with water

I find they fill me. But would it be more nutritious to have cereal and fruit throughout the day?

Yeah they don't have a fridge and I don't really want to go running. It'll be dark when I get out of work and I don't know the area

I get tuna steak, sea bass and salmon usually. Not a fan of meat and don't want to go vegetarian.

All our fish is from a merchant and caught in the Indian Ocean. Would this be a bad thing?

I am 5ft and bang on 124 pounds :) I know its different for everyone but i consider myself a healthy weight and if she is active it will probably be mostly muscle anyway.

Yeah I go every year. Just don't want to go and undo all my hard work for a few over priced burgers

It's a rock festival in Donnington. You're only aloud to take mess tin (pans) and fire lighters to hear water or soup

Only a camping festival. Can heat things but can't really store things to keep cool.
