I've decided to go back to the gym.

I need to get the motivation to get there for 5am then work till 6pm :( help!

    Do you think your body resets at midnight? It doesn't.

    You actually haven't ruined anything by eating pizza. But you're ruining everything by procrastinating. What makes you think you're not going to "ruin" tomorrow?

    You haven't "ruined" the day. Give yourself permission to screw up once in awhile and then CONTINUE on. We've all been there.

    Weight loss isn't about stringing together 120 or 360 "perfect" days until you reach your goal. Weight loss is about building better habits for now and the future. 2 steps forward and 1 step back is still progress.
