Hi! I'm looking to lose 30lbs from 200lbs-170. I'm looking for friends with same weight and calories level with open diaries to get ideas.

Choosing calories level
Right now I'm 199 and I want to get to 150 but I'm afraid I'm burning out my metabolism by eating 1200 but afraid I'd I add more calories I'll go back up again any thoughts?

Congestion
Had anyone experienced congestion after eating carbs? I've been moderate low carbs for week and tonight ate pasta ( way too much I might add) and now take congested. I didn't know if related.

Forgetfulness & low carb
Had any one experienced this. I like low carb but found myself forgetting to turn off water faucet or turn off car. I'm only 30 and just started recently.
