Quitting Smoking and Weight Loss
Looking for input from those who quit smoking and worked on weight loss at the same time. I'm working on cutting back on my smoking gradually. I'm wondering what kind of affects I might see. I know my appetite will probably be increased with this. Anyone have any tips to work through this?

I'm definitely losing weight but...
I'm not noticing any difference really in my stomach area. Almost 10 pounds down in 3 weeks. I feel better overall. But I'm still hanging on to that beer gut I developed.

Activity Level?
I originally set my activity level to light activity but I'm not sure if this would be correct. I have a desk job. But I average 10k steps a day and do 30 minutes a day on the elliptical usually at a jogging type pace. Should I leave my activity level as is or bump it down?

Need some help
My goal for calorie intake is around 1,500 per day. If I go over do I just not want to worry about it, cut back a little the next day or some other option?
