Recently Back on MFP

Apparently the last time I logged on to here before recently was after a health screening at work where I was told I needed to make some changes. I weighed in at 184 then. I didn't use this app for long after that but the following year for my health screening I weighed in at 171. Yes some improvement but definitely not where I needed to be with my weight and nutrient. For the past week 2 weeks I've been watching what I eat and my calories and doing at least 30 minutes on the elliptical and every few days go for a half a mile walk. Since I've been logging into here recently I started at 172 and I'm down to 168. I'm also working on kicking my smoking habit. If anyone wants to connect for support and motivation then feel free to add me. I'm determined to make this work this time around.
