Anyone know of some good workouts for thigh muscles, besides Squats? My thighs are the problem area on my body and want to make sure as I lose weight my thighs are gaining a good amount of muscle. Does MFP take into account calories burned for daily steps taken?
Does anyone know if MFP takes into account the average a person walks or steps they take? I use S Health to track my steps and bike rides, but unfortunately is doesn't sync with MFP... I've only been tracking the calories I burn when I work out, but for instance today I walked about 10,000 steps and it says I burned 694…
