  • Yeah... No way to speed up the process. If you were heavier you might be able to lose 10lbs in the first couple months, but honestly at your weight and height you'll only be able to lose 5-6lbs a month and that's with a lot of cardio and strength training. No way to lose 27lbs in 6 weeks...
  • When I crave sweets I just drink a bottle of water and have a piece of fruit.. usually grapes, watermelon, or an apple. It always helps me.

  • I don't know about helping you lose weight... I drink Lipton Green Tea (dragon fruit w/melon or acai w/blueberry) not so much for the weight loss, but because it increases metabolism, keeps me full, and keeps me awake on my overnight shifts.
