I don't understand. I really don't freaking understand. I've been working super hard this month and I've been doing everything right. I've only lost .1 kg. I don't understand. And I'm super upset and I'm frustrated and this is really cutting into my motivation. I've upped my workout this week and I've been committing every day, even despite being tired, and I have nothing to show for it. It makes me not wanna do it anymore, because eff, it doesn't even make a difference, now, does it? I hate this. I wanna see some results soon. At this rate, I'm not even gonna lose one pound by the end of April, let alone 5. Which is ridiculous. Anybody can lose one pound, right? How am I not losing more? I'm working so hard. I hate this. I wanna throw things.0 -
