I'm so freaking frustrated right now. I don't understand. I've checked my weight every day and it hasn't moved once. I don't understand. I've been coming back into my routine full-force. I've been watching what I eat and I've been exercising every day, despite how tired I am. I've even boosted the resistance on my bike this week and I feel like I've been working super hard. I've been doing so well this week and yet I have nothing to show for it. I'm so pissed, like, I couldn't even lose, like, .1 kg? Freaking, I even gained .1 kg. How does that even work?! I can't describe. This isn't fair. I wanna go break some things. I hate everything today.0 -
