    I'm trying to return to a healthful diet and add more exercise to my life. My challenge is dealing with chronic pain, which has gotten more manageable over the last 18 mo. but still affects me daily.

    My goal for the month is 137 which is the lowest I have been in my adult life. I'm only five pounds away. I think I should have no problems reaching that since I lost almost 15 pounds last month.

    I'm so freaking frustrated right now. I don't understand. I've checked my weight every day and it hasn't moved once. I don't understand. I've been coming back into my routine full-force. I've been watching what I eat and I've been exercising every day, despite how tired I am. I've even boosted the resistance on my bike this week and I feel like I've been working super hard. I've been doing so well this week and yet I have nothing to show for it. I'm so pissed, like, I couldn't even lose, like, .1 kg? Freaking, I even gained .1 kg. How does that even work?! I can't describe. This isn't fair. I wanna go break some things. I hate everything today.
