I am frustrated in myself. I read a sign on the wall at the gym this morning that said "workouts are easy, the challenge is in the kitchen." I have never read anything so true. I have resigned to the fact that I will not meet my ten pound goal in April. It was probably too much anyway. But I am going to loose at least one this week. I am determined. I have to make it over this plateau.0 -

Oh my god it is nearly the end of the month and I have lost 4.5lbs this week even though I had gain weight last week and got stuck on the same weight for the two weeks before that and I am really happy because I am now below 12st. I have not been that for a very long time and sure it was early secondary school that I was that weight last.0 -

Well done everybody for this month even through I didn't get to my 5lb goal weight this month I am still Happy because I did lose 4.5lbs so that meant that I went below 12st.
