Are My Goals Reasonable?

For anyone who has been at this for a bit... Do these goals seem reasonable? I weighed myself at 216.4 on 03/17/2016... That would be 8lbs every 4 weeks. How difficult would this be? I am dedicated. Have been staying at or under my calorie goal and exercising for a minimum of 30min a day...
Goal on 04/14/2016 206.4lbs
Goal on 05/12/2016 196.4lbs
Goal on 06/9/2016 188.4lbs
Goal on 07/7/2016 180.4lbs

Goal on 09/1/2016 164.4lbs
Goal on 09/29/2016 157.4lbs

I am within a few ounces of you and have set similar goals. I know there will be some plateaus and stalls but hoping it will all even out in the end. I tend to lose 1.5 lb a week or so and plan to crack down on logging and weighing more accurately.
Feel free to add me as a friend if u want to compare progress. I think I was 215.7 on the 17th.0 -
Awesome! Thank you!0

I have found that weight loss is not linear. All I can really control is what I eat (weighing and logging) and exercising. How many calories that burns is not an exact science. I stopped putting dates around specific weight goals, but instead put goals around what I can control, like logging and exercise. Just my two cents and hope it helps you.

Just be aware as you get closer and closer to your goal, the weight comes off slower and you must need to adjust your weight-loss down to 1 lb per week and/or .5 lb per week. You'll want to ensure proper nutrition to maintain as much lean body mass as possible as that will help you in the long run.
You'll also want to consider re-evaluating your calorie needs as smaller people need fewer, so you may want to start with a lower base amount.
You may want to use a weight trending app. I use Happy Scale (iPhone). There are windows/android versions as well. It shows you the big picture--the overall trend amongst all the crazy daily fluctuations. Helps avoid "scale dread."0 -
