Weight Loss Question...

Hello... Probably a dumb question, but I am going to ask anyway. I know there is no way to target specific areas of the body for weight loss, but I have had people tell me that the last area you gained weight in would be the first area you lose it... Is this true?

When I was 200lbs I still had a flat stomach, but once I hit 210lbs I started getting a stomach so I was just kind of curious if that's how weight loss works... If so... I guess I can expect my stomach to shrink a bit since it was the last place my weight started to show...

(make sure you are not pregnant before starting an aggressive weight loss plan).

I'm not sure how to answer this. As far as I know there's no hard, fast rule about this. I will say my rear end has become a shelf over the last year or two. I've lost 31lbs so far and can't tell anywhere except the shelf seems smaller. So maybe so...

@JanetYellen Lol I can't get pregnant so I think I'm good in that department...

@Cynsonya I guess we shall see then lol... I have big thighs and butt as well, but it's always been like that so if this is true that would be the last place I lose my weight...

What a ridiculous statement, 100% irrelevant to the question.

Unfortunately, outside of cosmetic surgery, there is no way to target where you lose fat. It is mostly based on genetics.

that's how it's worked for me - last on is first off.
