Banana and peanut butter shake??
Hi all, I am going to try a peanut butter and banana shake tommorow morning for breakfast. So far I have milk, 1 banana and almond milk - is there anything else anyone would recommend adding?

Hi all For all of you that are trying to lose fat, how much of your diet is made up of carbs? I currently have carbs set to 30% of my diet. Is this working against me??
