I can't see your diary, but it sounds as if you may have chosen some inaccurate entries from the database.0

The most likely explanation is that you are using inaccurate database entries.
If you want more specific help, you'll need to make your diary public so that we can look for the issue.0 -

You haven't gone over on any of your macros. You are about halfway to your goal on carbs and fat and a little less than that on protein. The macro calculated calorie total is 706 which is fairly close to the 654 in the calorie box.
Are you talking about the pie chart? That just shows the ratio of things you've eating so far today. You're running ahead on carbs and fats and behind on protein as a percentage of what you've eaten. That means that you might want to eat a bit more protein with your next meal to get closer to the macro ratios you want.0 -

I think a lot of it is from those generic entries (generic entries are user-submitted and not as accurate as USDA entries). Is the protein powder you used for breakfast high in dietary fiber? Dietary fiber is listed under total carbs within the US but 1g of fiber does not contribute to as many calories as gram of starch/sugar (which can cause you to be over in carbs but under in calories if you consume a ton of fiber).0
