Hey guys

I am on day 3 of using MFP and currently trying to get the hang of things. I have a target of 1500 calories per day but I just don't seem to be reaching it...I'm eating loads of the right things and I'm stuffed!!

According to MFP nutrition, today I had 50% carbs and 30% fat and if I were to carry on like I did today I would lose around 8st in 5 weeks.

Does this seem right to any of you?? Maybe i am being paranoid or over thinking it but I am looking to lose weight and I want to be doing things right :)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

From a guess. Eat more protein and you should reach the calorie goal. Have a treat on occasion. Eat some earned exercise calories. And that 5 week estimate seems....ridiculous.

Bacon and peanut butter will get you to your calorie goal without stuffing you even more ;-)

Seriously though, eat some more calorie dense food - enjoy them - eat luxuriously when you can. It can break up the monotony of routine eats.
