Hello, It's been a few years since I last did Keto. I started back up again the beginning of Sept. I'm fluctuating between 13-14lbs lost, and have been stalled the last week. Slowly sliding off the wagon?
Not falling off with a binge or frustration quitting, but i think I've become a slacker this past month. In the first 60 days I lost 20lbs, the last 30 days I have been fighting to lose/keep off the same 3 lbs. I tried recalculating my macros when I lost that 20lbs, maybe I did it wrong, maybe I've become complacent...but…

I was doing really well, down to 203 and then *BANG* my period hit on Sunday. Today, Friday, I'm back up to almost 207. What's with that? I've found mixed info in my Googling regarding these strips. When I test, I get a dark purple, does this mean I am in Ketosis?

Not losing on the weekend.
Hi There All, I'm wondering.... On the weekends I still count my carbs, watch my calories, etc, but i don't seem to lose any weight. I sleep in much later on Sat and Sun, but that's the only difference. Is eating 'brunch', instead of breakfast and lunch sabotaging me?
