Smart scale accuracy
Today I bought a Yunmai smart scale to use to keep track of my body fat percentage. Does anyone have experience with the accuracy of these scales, or smart scales in general? In December I had my body fat percentage calculated and it said 18.8%. My scale is saying 31.2%. This is obviously drastically different. I have…

Unknown nutritional informational
There's a healthy restaurant that I like to eat at, they serve salads and wraps with fresh ingredients. It's delicious and healthy. The problem is they don't have their nutritional information (I even asked if they had them because they weren't posted), so I don't know how many calories are in the items I'm ordering. Today…

I know everyone says losing more than 2 lbs a week is dangerous, and that if you have a smaller amount of weight to lose (say 20 lbs), it is unhealthy to lose 2 lbs a week. I was just wondering if there is research to back this? I am a healthy weight according to my BMI, but would like to lose an additional 20 lbs. I am…

Restricting vs binging
It seems like I am very good at being very restrictive of what I eat (1200 calorie goal), or I can't stop eating. For the past 2 weeks I just want to eat and I feel out of control, and I have gained weight and am now freaking out. Has anyone else experienced this type of mentality? How do you overcome it?

High sodium diet
I have a weird cardiac condition and I needed to increase my salt intake. My doctor recommended Gatorade or pedialyte, but my stomach can't handle it (I only ever drink water). Any recommendations to increase salt intake while still eating healthy or any home recipes for electrolyte drinks? Thanks!
