I found this really interesting article and thought I would share. Here is an excerpt:

"A study at NSW University in Australia found that test subjects who used a sprint format of 8second sprints with 12 seconds rest in between lost 3 times as much weight in 20 minute sessions – compared to a group working at moderate intensity for 40 minutes!"

Thoughts?

    How much weight did the first group lose in 20 minutes? How much did the second lose in 40 minutes?

    Or was that just a poorly worded summary of the experiment's results?
