To those of you who have been successful, how did you stay motivated losing the last 10-15 lbs you wanted to lose?

I am 5'5, started at 164 lbs and lost to 134 lbs. I have slowly been putting on weight (I am maintaining between 136-139. I really would like to get down to 120, and I am scared I am going to gain all the weight I lost.

How do I stay motivated? Any advice?

I'm in the same boat - around 135-140 pounds, trying to get to 125-130. I'm taking it slow. No drastic calorie reductions, usually about a 200 or 300 calorie deficit. I am upping my exercise and am seeing results. I don't deny myself treats, as long as it fits in my calories for the day!

I think seeing the results of my exercise in being able to run further or do more pushups, etc. has been a really good motivator for me.

PS. My SO saying that my legs look really good is also quite the motivator ;)
