Hi. I'm 27y.o guy 182cm 96kg (200lb) I want to loose weight and build muscles? Can i do both at the same time or its better to loose weight first and then build muscles with calorie surplus? What type of workout would u suggest me? How many calories should i eat to loose weight and build muscles? Any cardio? Thanks

Guys, i'm 96kg 183cm 26yo male, trying to loose some weight and i use the folowing technics: i eat 5 times a day, but my last meal is at 3pm.. and then i just shut my mouth till the next day. I'm male 211 lbs 6 ft 26 yo. I read somewhere that it's much easier to gain muscles when you're overweight lol, not sure if that's true.

Eating at night ?
Does it matter what time of day i eat ? I heard that eating carbs before sleep is not a good idea for losing weight. Also is it really better to eat smaller meals throughout the day ? thanks
