Has anyone tried the eat water slim pasta/spaghetti /rice?
It's made from konjac glucocanman ( sorry if that's wrong spelling) and is meant to be high fibre good at regulating glucose levels and is very low in cals/carbs etc! I've only tried the slimfast noodle pots and seem ok just wondered if anyone has tried the eat water slim ones? What do they taste like? Many thanks

Low blood pressure/ dizzy spells
Hi all - so I've reached my goal weight today but want to tone up loose fat if possible. I'm 5ft 4.5" and now 123 lbs which is healthy weight for my height. Does it matter how much protein/ carbs?
You have or which foods you eat and drink? Or is it just about sticking to your calorie goal for the day? I'm still in diet mode but want to maintain really I'm gradually upping my daily cal goal but wondered if it matters if I eat say cereal or toast for breakfast or a protein bar/shake? I can't stomach eggs first thing…

Maintenance calories
So I've reached my goal weight but I've adjusted this app to maintain and its upped my calories to 1780 a day ! I think il gain on that I gained from having one day off the other day should I google it? I want to maintain without gaining my weight back any advice? Thanks

Clicky joints!
Hi - when I'm doing certain excersise a like squats and aerobics my knees ankles and hips seem to click - crunch - is this normal? I'm 31, always had clicky joints as far as I remember but working out its much more noticeable

Best excersise for tummy?
I'm on slim fast to loose 7-10 lb but I want to try and tone up my tummy a bit! I've had two children so my tummy has been stretched and now feels a bit flabby

Belly fat / bloating
This photo actually doesn't show exactly the extent of it but I'm dieting and looking a bit slimmer but I still have a bloated tummy I really want to improve it as I honestly end up looking pregnant by the end of the day!!

UK Slimfast
Hi I'm on day 10 of slim fast - I only wanted to loose 7-10 lbs as I'm in a healthy weight range but needed to loose a bit to feel better in my self! So far slim fast has been really good as it's easy not having to think to much about food.
