Belly fat / bloating

This photo actually doesn't show exactly the extent of it but I'm dieting and looking a bit slimmer but I still have a bloated tummy I really want to improve it as I honestly end up looking pregnant by the end of the day!!8bwmr3uf1hb0.jpeg

    It's difficult to tell if this is bloating, fat, or a combination both but I suspect the third.

    To combat bloating you need to identify the food or food quantity which causes the bloating. In other words the solution is usually in the types of food you eat.

    To combat fat you need to eat at a deficit. In other words the solution is in the quantity of food you eat.

    Good news is that bloating tends to disappear when people identify the food/food types that cause the issue.

    Bad news is that reducing fat is a much slower progress and there is nothing that you can do to target a specific area. Just stick at it.
