both arms equally strong and I train with free weights so I can't favor one arm. Can handle same work load on each arm but my left bicep feels less built and softer than my right

In a cut maintaining a 300-500 calorie deficit a day before factoring in calories burned through weight training and cardio 5-6 times a week each. Just wondering what other peoples strategies are for minimal muscle loss.
I primarily do weight training and interval work. Wondering the best way to log this? They strength exercise log doesnt have many exercises and doesnt factor calories.
