So I have lost track and took off this app and just recently woke up and decided I can't quit this time so I re downloaded this app. The problem is now I use to be able to search for a banana or a food and it will show me a list of options but now it only searches the food I had recently added only...i miss that I can look…

Net calories or total calories?
What is more important?even if your under your total calories are macro nutrients just as important? I'm just starting out learning about these things And yes I read the nutrient 101...but at the moment I'm barely trying to just keep my total calorie under So far but now I'm worried about the net calories

Sleep over working out?
When I work 13-12-or even 14 hour days for a month it was hard to debate what was more important for my weight loss a 6 hour sleep if I'm lucky or lose that hour working out and get only 5 hour sleep???advise?
