Can’t kneel properly - what exercises?
When I kneel I can’t sit back properly so my *kitten* is touching my feet. I just don’t seem to have the range of movement, even if my hips are extended. What’s the problem- is it hamstring/quad? What exercises can I do to make it more supple and comfortable so I can actually kneel properly ?!

Why do we never lose weight from places we need too?!
I am slowly losing at a rate of about 0.5-1lb a week- averaging 2-3lb a month. I am about half way towards my weight loss goal. I seem to have lost most of it from my tummy and upper legs. How to answer comments like...:
This .... food sensitivity = inflammation = hormone dysregulation = weight gain. All calories are not equal. Calorie in and calories out is 70's thinking. ( I am a qualified nutritionist)

Fitbit / MFP
My workouts are not coming over from my Fitbit to MFP. It adjusts my cals for steps but doesn't add in the workouts. Is this normal? Do I need to manually add the workout to MFP?

Seriously depressed with lack of progress

Demotivated by the scales.
I am now about 2 weeks into calorie tracking using IIFYM and my usual 4x cardio strength workouts. So demotivated that I am gaining weight.
