Gaining weight with exercise!!

Help! I am exercising 4-5 times a week doing a mix of cardio, boxing and weights/conditioning. Also tracking calories on here with macros too. So disappointed that I am now 5lb heavier than I was 2 weeks ago. Please tell me this will pass and my body will burn the fat eventually.
I have no thyroid gland and just having my meds changed so maybe that isn't helping .

    Your body is retaining water to repair the muscles. As your body gets used to the new level of activity, it will let go of that water and you'll see the loss that been hidden.

    I agree, it's likely water weight, but keep an eye on your macros for fiber as well, and even though it sounds counter productive, drink more water. By default MFP tracks sugar I believe in your diary's default macros, change that with fiber (assuming you're not diabetic) and make sure you're hitting those goals. 2 weeks does seem like a long time to hold onto water, so maybe you're not drinking enough or if this is all new to you, a new and different diet may have you backed up a bit. Fiber can/will help, but too much can also cause issues.
