Bone broth
I'm considering trying to make bone broth. Any recipes or tips appreciated. I do not have a pressure, or slow cooker, just a big pan with a lid. I have read that I should let it simmer for up to 24hrs, but won't all the liquid have evaporated by then?

that I am a fat burning machine? or is it too soon. From 12/09/16 my Total carbs have averaged 15 - 20g a day. The kids have asked for a pizza night tomorrow, so I am looking to make a fathead pizza. The lady in the supermarket looked at me daft when I asked for Almond Flour. Is this known as something else in the UK, and is it easy to come by? Thanks
