So I have joined the gym officially but I'm really nervous to go... Like what do I do there ??? Any tips??

Feels like I've hit a plateau
So I weighed in a few weeks ago and I was the same weight as the previous month; I know I did eat kinda unhealthy a few times but I'm going to the gym and working out 2-3 times a week... I think I've lost the patience and I just want this weight to drop!! Anyone else feel like this?

Will I gain weight at the gym if I'm trying to lose?
I've read that when you're losing weight your muscles will get denser and show a increase in weight on the scale.. should I be worried if I don't see any change on the scale? Or should I go back to just running at home

So I'm contemplating going on a low carb diet because when I eat rice or bread I feel tired... What I want to know is what foods should I eat?? What is good and what isn't in kinda overwhelmed reading what is on the Internet

Biggest Setback: Gained weight
Just weighed myself and I've put on all the weight ive lost ... I feel so disheartened I feel smaller than before but I feel so worthless

So I'm currently on a journey to lose weight and I'm at 192 or so.. And I'm 5'7" and I wanna get down to 145 but people are telling me that's too small... What do you think?

Wish it would all disappear
When you gain weight you don't really see it until someone points it out or you can't fit into anything anymore.... It's soooo opposite to losing weight where your always monitoring the weight etc

What kind of foods should I eat?
I'm currently trying to lose weight but what I wanted to know is what kinds of foods do I eat to meet my food quota I.e. Carbs amount, sugar amount, fat amount Etc
