Do you eat based on MFP calorie adjustments
Or do you simply stick to your daily calorie goal? I work out 5-6 times a week. When I do, I don't typically eat back calories from the adjustment. 325 Days - 75 lbs
Today I hit 325 days and I thought I would post in order to keep my spirits up! You see, this past month I seem to be losing and then gaining the same 5 pounds. Run in the rain?
Question for all the runners...I prefer to run outdoors. I have a treadmill at my house but I'm no longer an enthusiast. When it's raining out, but you have a scheduled run, do you throw on a hat and run in the rain--if it's reasonably safe? Or go the treadmill route? Or go back to bed?

First 5k race in 10+ years
I'm calling the results a success. I had a solid 10 minute mile pace...2 minutes under my typical pace. Onward and upward!

I hit 195 day streak this morning. I have lost just over 50 lbs which is awesome. I’ve also been able to get back into running (in my 20’s I regularly did half marathons and 10 and 20k races). No weightloss but...
I've steadily increased my running mileage this month. Perhaps a bit too aggressively as I've spent all of November losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. This morning was my best workout yet: 1/4 mile walk, 2 mile run, 1/4 mile walk, 1 mile run and then a 1/2 mile cool down walk. With hills and everything
