Is it true that doing cardio first thing in the morning not having eaten anything causes faster weight loss than having eaten and then exercising? Or is it the same due to CICO? Thank you

The last 14lbs..?
Realistically how long will it take me to lose the last 14lbs. I'm generally active and eat strictly 1200 calories a day. I am 5'3 female currently 140lbs! I need to stop being unrealistic and putting myself down about it when I don't reach certain weakly targets (I've noticed my weight loss is a lot slower now) thank you!

What is the best means to calculate Calorie burn via exercise? If mfp accurate? So far I have lost 47lbs using the mfp calculator only but I want to get more accurate with my exercise burn or is it accurate enough? I usually do hiit of running and speedwalking

1000 calories a day?
Is it ok to go down to 1000 calories a day? My BMR is ~1500 calories. I've heard you shouldn't go below 1200 but Idk what I should do?

How many mg of sodium should I have a day to lose weight? I've already lost a fair amount but I'm onto the last 10 ish pounds and they're harder to lose. I want to ensure sodium is not causing permanent water retention .. thank you!
