Hey everyone so recently I read online somewhere that If you eat 3x a day with snacks in between, then your insulin levels remain high and this prevents fat loss... is this true? So far I have lost 47lbs on CICO method but now that I'm nearing my target, and my WL is reaaaaaaly slow if not, non existent right now I was wondering whether it was this that was causing it?! Thank you!

Meal numbers/ timing still irrelevant. My advice would be stop reading online woo! Follow the chart on your other post.0

I have no problem losing on 3 meals a day with snack between lunch & dinner. Problems come in and insulin issues when I eat refined grains and sugar. As long as you are eating balanced meals and lower glycemic index foods, your blood sugar and insulin should remain stable.0

It must be true since you read it online0
