Is it true that doing cardio first thing in the morning not having eaten anything causes faster weight loss than having eaten and then exercising? Or is it the same due to CICO? Thank you

Not true. But also, didn't you decide after your last thread that faster wasn't necessarily better?5

I always exercise on a pretty empty stomach, but only because I feel nauseous otherwise. I haven't noticed "faster" weight loss....that would be nice though0
