Starting new ab workout
Well last week I over did my workout. So I decided to start a new ab workout. The new workout on the abs consist of 3 sets of 25 crunches,and 3 sets of 25 twist on the total gym. I will do that for about 3 weeks and then see what the results are. Also I will be using my slendertone belt to help with the abs.

Monday I did a five minute workout in the morning before I went into work. That evening I did 12 more exercises on my total gym. Question: Since I work out three days a week. Would a five minute work out on Sunday morning hurt my routine the rest of the week?

Trial run on five minute workout.
This morning I did a trial run on the five minute workout. Did 20 pushups,10 seated curls,10 seated chest press,10 wrist curls. Also did alittle abe workout.
